This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for products and services offered by Eazy Marketing Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
All sales are final once work has commenced, access to digital materials has been provided, or any service has begun. We dedicate significant time and resources to project preparation, strategy, and delivery. Our pricing reflects that commitment and investment.
If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet accessed, downloaded, or viewed the content, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Please include your order number and purchase email address.
Once any digital product has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or used, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided after access has been granted.
If you have purchased a marketing service but work has not yet started, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Once design concepts are created, consultations occur, or any setup (domain, hosting, plugins, or themes) begins, no refunds will be issued. This is to account for the immediate time and resource investment in your project.
You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if your first consulting session has not yet been scheduled or completed.
Once any consultation or preparation has begun, refunds are not available.
For monthly or annual subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. However, payments made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable once processed.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until that time.
In the unlikely event that our services are unavailable due to technical issues for more than 72 consecutive hours and we are unable to provide an alternative or restore service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the duration of the outage.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Refund requests outside the policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are granted solely at the Company’s discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund confirmations will be sent via email once processed.
Payment processing fees may be deducted from your refund amount. If you received bonuses, add-ons, or complimentary items, their value may also be deducted from your final refund amount if those items are retained.
By purchasing from Eazy Marketing Inc., you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for transactions that do not qualify under this Policy. Chargebacks on non-eligible transactions are considered a breach of agreement. In such cases, you will be responsible for all administrative, legal, and processing fees incurred by the Company.
